Lux­em­bourg Devel­op­ment Coop­er­a­tion plans to prof­it from this trans­for­ma­tion pro­gramme not only to facil­i­tate the col­lec­tion of infor­ma­tion on the devel­op­ment pro­grammes imple­ment­ed by its many part­ners, but also to improve the pre­sen­ta­tion of project data for inter­nal and exter­nal report­ing pur­pos­es (IATI, OECD), to increase the reli­a­bil­i­ty of data and their cen­tral­i­sa­tion, and to have a sys­tem able to com­mu­ni­cate with the SAP finan­cial sys­tem already in place.

To that end, a roadmap has been pro­duced, doc­u­ment­ing the stages to be fol­lowed to devel­op an infor­ma­tion sys­tem capa­ble of meet­ing the expec­ta­tions described above, as well as future needs.

In 2021, the main process­es were mod­elled and a data ware­house and a visu­al­i­sa­tion tool were implemented.
