Some 40 coun­tries are tak­ing advan­tage of these train­ing cours­es, which tar­get the local finan­cial sec­tors. For 21 of them, includ­ing Cabo Verde, Rwan­da, Ukraine and Viet­nam, a spe­cif­ic annu­al pro­gramme has been estab­lished. To date, more than 40000 pro­fes­sion­als have par­tic­i­pat­ed in near­ly 2 500 ATTF train­ing pro­grammes, deliv­ered by local experts and financed in part or in full by the Lux­em­bourg government.
