ATTF/House of Training

It would be a pity not to make use of the exper­tise and poten­tial of Luxembourg’s finan­cial mar­ket to sup­port the devel­op­ment coop­er­a­tion sec­tor, and so Luxembourg’s Devel­op­ment Coop­er­a­tion sup­ports the finan­cial tech­nol­o­gy trans­fer agency (ATTF/​House of Train­ing) to imple­ment train­ing pro­grammes in Laos, Cabo Verde, El Sal­vador, Koso­vo, Viet­nam, Mon­go­lia and West Africa. In 2019, the MFA decid­ed to launch a new project to sup­port the ATTF to estab­lish a Rwan­da Acad­e­my of Finance (RAF) with the Rwan­da Bankers’ Asso­ci­a­tion (RBA). In addi­tion to trans­fer­ring knowl­edge in the bank­ing sec­tor, this exchange is help­ing to put the know-how of the Lux­em­bourg finan­cial mar­ket to good use, and also to estab­lish last­ing inter­na­tion­al links between pro­fes­sion­als in the sector.
