IT System

The pro­gramme that is being put in place aims not only to col­lect infor­ma­tion on the devel­op­ment pro­grammes imple­ment­ed by the var­i­ous part­ners but also to present activ­i­ty data for inter­nal and exter­nal report­ing pur­pos­es (Inter­na­tion­al Aid Trans­paren­cy Ini­tia­tive (IATI) and Debtor Report­ing Sys­tem (DRS)), increas­ing the reli­a­bil­i­ty of data and their cen­tral­i­sa­tion, and intro­duc­ing a sys­tem able to com­mu­ni­cate with the SAP finan­cial system .

The tran­si­tion pro­gramme is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in 2024. It will con­tribute to a bet­ter overview of projects, improved impact assess­ments of our pro­grammes and a more effi­cient use of offi­cial devel­op­ment assistance.
