Since 2019, Lux­em­bourg has con­tributed EUR100,000 per year to sup­port the Inter­na­tion­al Pro­gramme for the Devel­op­ment of Com­mu­ni­ca­tion (IPDC), man­aged by UNESCO, which helps to mobilise the inter­na­tion­al com­mu­ni­ty around dis­cus­sion of media issues and to improve the media in devel­op­ing countries.
